中文摘要：基于粤西某高校在校大学生无偿献血的问卷调查发现,作为公益意识较高的社会成员,在校大学生的无偿献血存在差序格局、态度与行为的不一致,且组织主体单一乏力和献血体制的较低信任度等表征。据现有条件,相关组织可以通过拓展使用差序格局,改进献血组织方式,强化献血者自组织和重建机构信任等措施,建设无偿献血的长效机制,系统和统筹地应对血荒。

外文摘要：Based on an investigation about undergraduate volunteer blood in one university,it is found that volunteer blood donation cannot effectively solve serious blood shortage. As a group of society with high moral,undergraduate volunteer blood donors show some characteristics which include a structure of grade diversity,deviation of attitude and behaviour,simplicity and weakness of organization bodies,and credit crisis of donation system. According to existing conditions,organizations of blood donation should solve those problems through expanded usage of structure of grade,improving organizing methods,rebuilding volunteer donors＇ self-organization and public confidence in volunteer blood donation system so as to solve blood shortage systematically.
