中文摘要:试验研究日粮不同能量水平对麒麟母鸡生长性能与体尺性状的影响及其相关性。选用健康、体重相近的1日龄麒麟母鸡250只,随机分为5组,每组5个重复,每个重复10只鸡。各组麒麟母鸡饲喂粗蛋白19.0%,能量水平分别为10.00(1组)、10.80(2组)、11.60(3组)、12.40(4组)和13.20 MJ/kg(5组)的日粮,其他营养水平相同。试验期12w。结果显示,日粮能量水平可以显著提高麒麟母鸡体重和平均日增重(ADG)(P<0.05),试验2~4组麒麟母鸡平均日增重均显著高于1组(P<0.05)。日粮能量水平对料重比(F/G)的影响差异不显著(P>0.05),其中3组料重比最低。12周龄时,体重和胸宽、胸深及胫骨长度呈显著正相关。研究表明,结合生长性能和体尺性状,麒麟母鸡的最佳能量水平为10.80-12.40 MJ/kg。

外文摘要:The experiment studied the effect of different energy levels on growth performance,body size and its correlation in frizzle hens.250 one-day-old frizzle hens were randomly divided into five groups with five replicates in each group and ten broilers in each replicate.The hens in each group were fed diet with energy levels 10.00(one group),10.80(two group),11.60(three group),12.40(four group)and 13.20 MJ/kg(five group)respectively,and the crude protein was 19.00%in the diet.The test lasted for 12 w.The results showed that dietary energy level significantly increased the body weight and average daily gain(ADG)of frizzle hens(P<0.05),and the average daily gain of test group 2?4 was significantly higher than that of group 1(P<0.05).The effect of dietary energy level on feed-to-gain ratio(F/G)was not significant,but the feed-to-gain ratio of group 3 was the lowest.The body weight at 12 w of age was significantly positively correlated with chest width,chest depth and tibia length.The experiment indicates that combined with growth performance and body size,the optimal energy level of frizzle hens is 10.80~12.40 MJ/kg.
