中文摘要：构建了包括4个大类、13个亚类的广东近海海洋生态系统服务类型体系,采用市场价格法、替代成本法、成果参考法等生态经济评估方法,对广东近海海洋生态系统服务价值进行了定量估算。结果表明,2009年广东近海海洋生态系统服务总价值为2 034.05×108元,平均单位海域生态系统服务价值为311.49×104元/km2。其中文化服务价值最大,占49.40%;其次为调节服务价值,占33.92%;供给服务价值最小,占16.68%。评估结果同时揭示出广东近海污染物处理能力非常有限,海洋生态资源开发处于较低级阶段,整体海洋开发科技能力偏低。

外文摘要：On the base of building an offshore marine ecosystem service type system of Guangdong province, which including 4 major categories and 13 subcategories, this paper quantitatively assessed the offshore marine ecosystem service value of Guangdong province through using some ecological economic evaluation methods such as market price method, replace cost method, results refer method and so on. Results indicated that the total value of the offshore marine ecosystem service of Guangdong province was roughly 2 034.05×10^8 yuan in 2009, with showing a average value of marine ecosystem services per unit sea area of 311.49×10^4 yuan/km2. The cultural service has the greatest value, accounting for 49.40%, followed by adjustment service value, 33.92%. The supply service had the least value, accounting for 16.68%. Assessment results also revealed that the pollutant treatment capacity of offshore marine ecosystem was very limited, ecological resources development was in the initial stages, the technological capability of marine development was lower in Guangdong province.
