中文摘要：建设工程项目成本控制这个问题一直以来都是工程项目参与各方都不断关注的重点问题,如何做高质量低成本的项目是投资方关注的焦点。随着"互联网+"时代的到来,建筑行业也得到了空前的发展,特别是BIM(建筑信息模型)在建筑行业的不断推广和使用,使得工程项目成本控制呈现出新的特点和态势。本文以BIM技术和工程项目成本控制为研究对象,旨在提出基于BIM技术的工程项目成本控制的具体应用,以供工程项目参与各方参考。

外文摘要：Cost control of construction projects has always been a key issue that all parties involved in the project have been paying attention to.How to make high-quality and low-cost projects is the focus of the investors.With the advent of the era of"Internet+",the construction industry has also achieved unprecedented development.In particular,the continuous promotion and use of BIM(architectural information model)in the construction industry makes the cost control of engineering projects present new features and trends.This paper takes BIM technology and engineering project cost control as the research object,aiming to propose the specific application of BIM technology-based engineering project cost control for the reference of all parties involved in the engineering project.
