中文摘要:将水稻中粳株系“02428”与籼型恢复系中间材料杂交,育成了几个含50%粳稻血缘的新恢复系。它们与籼型不育系配制的亚亚种间杂交稻,一般具有明显的大穗优势,每穗总粒数可达200粒以上,且结实率正常,生育期适中,只是分蘖力较弱。与显性早熟不育系“早显A”配制的杂交组合,穗粒数明显多于籼型迟熟组合汕优63和早熟组合汕窄8号;尽管生育期比汕窄8号短1.7-6.0天,但产量却高13.7-32.1%,且不低于汕优63。本文还考察了这些恢复系之F1代杂种优势的表现特点,粗略估计了其主要性状一般配合力相对效应值,讨论了亚亚种间杂种优势利用中的有关问题。

外文摘要:Three new restorer lines, D050, D084 and D091, with 50% of nuclear genetic matter from Japonica subspecies were developed by introducing the germplasm of wide-compatible Japonica line 02428 to Indica medium materials with fertility restoring genes, The sub-subspecific hybrids between Indica CMS lines and the 3 new restorer lines generally have significant heterosis in panicle weight, more than 200 spikelets/panicle which is much more than that of Shanyou 63 (the national late-maturing cleck), normal filled- spikelet percentage and acceptable growth duration, but weaker tillering capacity and less panicles. The sub-subspecific hybrids derived from CMS line Zaoxian A with dominant earliness and the 3 restorer lines were a few days earlier than Shanzhai 8 (tbe provincial early-maturing check) and more than 15 days earlier than Shanyou 63, but have much more spikelets/panicle than the checks, and have 13. 7-32.1, higher grain yield than Shanzhai 8. The general combining ability effects and heterosis of some F1 crosses for 9 characters were rougbly estimated, and the results iudicated that D084 was the best new restorer line. The concept of sub- subspecific beterosis, utilization potential of the restorer lines and the derived hybrids,and the key cultivation practices of the sub-subspecific hybrids were also discussed in the paper.
