外文摘要：During the 2nd NPC of tlie CPC,did Wang You - mu, who stayed in Shanghai, take part in it Is he a representative of the 2nd NPC of the CPC There are two statements ： The first is that Wang You - mu didn ’t take part in the 2nd NPC of the CPC, not to mention that he is a representative of the second NPC of the CPC; the second statement is that before the second NPC of tlie CPC, Wang You - mu had been the representative of tlie second NPC of tlie CPC, he came to Shanghai to take part in it. The existing archives and data have fully proved that before the 2nd NPC of thie CPC, Wang You - mu had been a CPC member; dur-ing the 2nd NPC of the CPC,he was actually in Shanghai; but he was there busy requesting the CommunistYouth League Central Committee to admit the legality of Sichuan Socialism Youth League, he didn’t participate in the nd NPC of thie CPC nor is he a representative of thie nd NPC of thie CPC
