中文摘要：“波谱分析”是高等院校以制药、化工、食品、材料等专业开设的一门基础课,对学生学习、运用专业知识和培养实践能力具有重要意义。针对“波谱分析”课程传统教学方式与培养素质目标存在偏离的问题,根据波谱分析教学内容特点,从教学大纲与教案的设计、伟人故事、中国仪器设备的创新发展、警示案例、课程考核等方面为着眼点,以目标为导向,开展了课程思政教学的探索与实践。在教学实践中,学生的学习兴趣得到了激发,综合素养得到了提高,教学效果良好,为相关课程教师开展课程政治教学提供了参考。

外文摘要：Spectral analysis is a fundamental course offered by higher education institutions mainly focusing on related majors in the fields of pharmaceuticals,chemical engineering,food,materials,etc.It is of great significance for learning and applying professional knowledge,and culti-vating practical abilities.In response to the deviation between the traditional teaching methods and the goal of cultivating students'qualities in the spectral analysis course,based on the characteristics of spectral analysis teaching content,the author focuses on the design of teaching sylla-bus and lesson plans,stories of great figures,innovative development of Chinese instruments and equipment,warning cases,and course assess-ments,and explores and practices ideological and political education in the course guided by goals.In teaching practice,students'interest in learning has been stimulated,their comprehensive literacy has been improved,and the teaching effect is good,providing reference for relevant course teachers to carry out course political teaching.
