中文摘要：有些翻译批评中出现阐释学立场不当的现象,因此,本研究从阐释学各派别理论的适用性出发,厘清不同翻译研究范式与批评中批评者的阐释学立场。翻译批评者的阐释学立场受制于翻译研究范式或翻译批评种类。传统翻译学运用古典方法论阐释学进行语言批评,译介学应用现代本体论阐释学进行比较文化和比较文学批评,译文学分别用古典方法论阐释学与现代本体论阐释学进行语言与美学批评。涉及翻译标准的译作批评用一般方法论阐释学,反之则用现代本体论阐释学,文艺(文学)作品批评用现代本体论阐释学。翻译批评者的阐释学立场不当大体上归因于:混淆翻译研究范式、翻译批评种类、翻译主体,或片面理解译者主体性。

外文摘要：The hermeneutic stances of some critics are improper in translation criticisms,so this study clarifies the hermeneutic stances of critics in different translation research paradigms and criticisms from the perspective of applicability of various hermeneutic theories.The hermeneutic stances of translation critics are subject to the paradigm of translation studies or the type of translation criticism.Traditional translation studies apply classical methodological hermeneutics to language criticism,while mediotranslatology applies modern ontological hermeneutics to comparative culture or literature criticism,and translated literature study applies classical methodological hermeneutics and modern ontological hermeneutics to language criticism and aesthetics criticism respectively.Translation criticism involving translation criteria is based on general methodology hermeneutics,otherwise,based on modern ontological hermeneutics.Literary criticism is based on modern ontological hermeneutics.The inappropriate hermeneutic stances of translation critics are largely attributed to the confusion of translation research paradigms,types of translation criticism,and the subjects of translation,or the one-sided understanding of the translator’s subjectivity.
