中文摘要:2012年9月至2014年3月,设立3个实验分析了植核部位、蚌龄和珠核规格对三角帆蚌(Hyriopsis cumingii)内脏团植核培育圆形有核珍珠的影响。实验I,设立A1、A2和A3组,植核部位分别位于背脊、斧足和环肠;实验II,设立B1、B2、B3、B4和B5组,蚌龄分别为2.0龄、3.0龄、4.0龄、5.0龄和6.0龄;实验III,设立C1、C2、C3和C4组,珠核规格分别为8.0、10.0、12.0和14.0mm。手术蚌休养期为1个月,育珠期为18个月。结果表明:植核部位、蚌龄和珠核规格对育珠蚌的成活率、成珠率和优质珠率存在显著性影响(P〈0.05),实验I的A2(斧足)组休养期和育珠期育珠蚌成活率、成珠率和优质珠率最高,分别为91.2%、78.3%、82.5%和27.0%,A3(环肠)组最低,分别为75.5%、65.6%、71.0%和16.4%;实验II中B2(3.0龄)组休养期和育珠期的育珠蚌具有最高的成活率,分别为92.2%和82.0%,B3(4.0龄)组具最高的成珠率和优质珠率,分别为78.4%和27.5%,B5(6.0龄)组最低,休养期和育珠期的育珠蚌成活率分别为74.4%和64.80%,成珠率和优质珠率分别为72.4%和14.6%;实验III,C1(8.0mm)组和C4(14.0mm)组具有最高和最低的成活率、成珠率和优质珠率,分别为92.0%、82.5%、79.04%、28.0%和65.0%、55.2%、42.4%、13.0%。本研究结果表明,三角帆蚌内脏团适宜的植核部位为斧足和背脊,蚌龄为2.0~4.0龄和植核珠核规格8.0~10.0mm。

外文摘要:Three experiments were conducted from Sept.2012 to Mar.2013 to evaluate the influence of nucleating position,age and nuclear size on the round and nucleus bearing pearl production of Hyriop siscumingii.Pearl production performance was evaluated with survival rate during the recuperated period after nucleating host oyster and pearl farming period,pearl formation rate and perfectly quality pearl rate.Three groups,A1,A2 and A3,were set in Experiment I,in which the nucleus implanting position was at dorsum,foot and intestine coiling in visceral mass.Five groups,B1,B2,B3,B4 and B5,were set in Experiment II,in which the age of host oyster was 2.0,3.0,4.0,5.0and 6.0years old,respectively.Four groups,C1,C2,C3 and C4,were set in Experiment III,in which nuclear size was 8.0,10.0,12.0and 14.0mm,respectively.Significant difference was found in survival,pearl formation and perfectly quality pearl rates in Experiment I,ⅡandⅢ,respectively(P〈0.05).The survival,pearl formation and perfectly quality pearl rates were the highest in A2,which was 91.2%,78.3%,82.5%and 27.0%,respectively;while those in A3 were the lowest,75.5%,65.6%,71.0%and16.4%,respectively.The survival rate of host oyster was the highest in B2,92.2% and 82.0%,respectively.The pearl formation and perfectly quality pearl rates were the highest,78.4% and 27.5%,in B3,and the lowest,74.4%,64.8%,72.4% and 14.6%in B5,respectively.The survival,pearl formation and perfectly quality pearl rates of host oyster were the highest in C1(92.0%,82.5%,79.0%,28.0%)and the lowest in C4(65.0%,55.2%,42.4%,13.0%),respectively.The results suggested that the nucleus implantation location in foot and dorsum of visceral mass,age between 2.0and4.0year old,the nucleus size from 8.0to 10.0mm,were optimal for round nucleated pearl production in Hyriopsis cumingii.
