中文摘要：现行户籍制度是我国特定历史时期、特定国情下的产物,表现出明显的社会分割性、等级性、世袭性和功能多元化特点。随着我国城市化进程的加快,城乡二元户籍制度的弊端日益显现。本文对户籍制度改革的目的及必要性做了深入的分析,并由此提出了我国户籍制度改革的基本思路和改革过程中应该注意的几个原则。

外文摘要：The Current household registration management system is the product of China＇s specific historical period and specific national conditions,showing a clear division of society,hereditary,functional diversity and so on. with the acceleration of China＇s process urbanization is accelerating ,urban - rural household registration management system shows increasingly obvious shortcomings. This paper deeply analyzes the purpose and significance of China＇ s household registration system reform,then proposes the basic measures of household registration system reform and several principles during the reform process.
