中文摘要：选用华南地区广泛应用的6个不育系和6个恢复系,以不完全双列杂交配制36个杂交组合,研究了14个主要农艺性状的配合力。结果表明,14个农艺性状一般配合力方差和特殊配合力方差均达到极显著水平,说明这些性状同时受基因的加性和非加性效应的共同作用,且均以加性效应占主导地位。亲本的一般配合力与组合特殊配合力在各性状上都是相互独立的,没有明显的对应关系。在主要农艺性状的表现上,供试的不育系以万金A、博A、双青A较好;恢复系以HR15、广恢998、广恢3550较好。

外文摘要：Twelve widely utilized indica parents in the South China, including 6 sterile lines and 6 restorer lines, were chosen to analyze the combining ability of 14 characters by the way of NC Ⅱ mating design. Results showed that both general combining ability （GCA） and specific combining ability （SCA） of all the characters determined were significant at 1% level. It means that all characters were both affected by the additive effects and non-additive effects, and the former were more important than the latter. The GCA and SCA effects were independent each other, which suggested that it was essential to make widely testcrosses in the selection of hybrid combinations. Based on the GCA effects and SCA variances of the parents, sterile lines Wanjin A, Bo A and Shuangqing A and restorer lines HR15, Guanghui 998 and Guanghui 3550 were recommendable according to the major agronomic characters.
