中文摘要:体育是身体运动与价值取向的有机统一体。高校体育课程以身体练习为主要手段,遵循习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的指导,将立德树人作为根本任务,实施“三位一体”的教育过程。根植于特定环境中的具身认知理念与“三位一体”的教育过程相契合。该文借助具身认知理论,阐述了身体练习在培养良好行为习惯与品德修养方面的作用。身体经验是人们利用具体的、有形的、简单的源域概念来隐喻性地表达抽象的、复杂的靶域概念,事物意义的生成与建构是主体与外部世界相互作用活动的结果。体育专业知识与技术中蕴含着丰富的思政教育元素,这需要教育工作者深入挖掘与开发,以引导学生在身体练习中树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观。

外文摘要:Sports is an organic unity of physical exercise and value orientation.Physical exercise is the main means of college physical education curriculum.Physical exercise is the main means of college physical education curriculum,following the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for New Era,taking Lide Shuren as the fundamental task,implementing a"trinity"educational process.The embodied cognitive concept rooted in a specific environment is in line with the"trinity"educational process.This article uses Embodied Cognition theory to explain the role of physical exercise in cultivating good behavioral habits and moral cultivation.Physical experience is the metaphorical expression of abstract and complex target domain concepts by people using concrete,tangible,and simple source domain concepts.The generation and construction of the meaning of things are the result of the interaction between the subject and the external world.The knowledge and technology of Physical Education majors contain rich elements of ideological and political education,which require educators to deeply explore and develop to guide students to establish correct worldviews,life philosophies,and values through physical exercises.
