外文摘要：According to the characteristics of life education, the paper summarizes the significance of life education in the ideolog- ical and political theory in colleges and universities, and puts forward integrating life education into ideological and political theory course. This author introduces the development processes of life education, then from the angle of times and effectiveness, discusses the close relationship between life education and college ideological and political theory course. At last, the paper points out several possible approaches.
