中文摘要:【目的】研究喹哪啶在珍珠龙胆石斑鱼(Epinephelus fuscoguttatus♀×Epinephelus lanceolatus♂)组织内的残留和消除规律,以期为监控喹哪啶麻醉剂的安全使用以及制定其休药期的提供参考依据。【方法】将石斑鱼置于质量浓度为10 mg?L^(-1)的喹哪啶溶液中,药浴浸泡麻醉24 h后将其放置海水中复苏120 h。在24 h小时麻醉过程中,采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)分析方法每2 h测定一次其肌肉和肝脏内喹哪啶的含量,分析喹哪啶在石斑鱼组织内的残留规律。同样,在之后石斑鱼120 h复苏过程中测定其肌肉和肝脏中喹哪啶含量,分析喹哪啶在石斑鱼体内的消除规律。【结果与结论】喹哪啶在石斑鱼肝脏和肌肉中残留量较大,在肝脏中最大残留量Cmax为81.54μg?g^(-1),肌肉中最大残留量Cmax为31.95μg?g^(-1)。石斑鱼内喹哪啶残留消除过程符合一级二室模型。复苏消除120 h之后,喹哪啶在肝脏中残留量为2.54μg?g^(-1),在肌肉中为1.36μg?g^(-1)。喹哪啶在石斑鱼肝脏和肌肉中消除速率分别为0.010、0.004 g?h^(-1)?g^(-1);肌肉中消除半衰期为66.75 h;肝脏中消除半衰期为37.57 h。相较于丁香酚和MS-222,喹哪啶消除速率低,消除半衰期长,消除降解缓慢。

外文摘要:【Objective】To provide a reference for the safe use of quinaldine anesthetics and the formulation of its withdrawal period,the residue and elimination of quinaldine in pearl gentian grouper(Epinephelus fuscoguttatus♀×Epinephelus lanceolatus♂)tissues was studied.【Methods】Grouper were revived in seawater for 120 hours after anesthetized for 24 hours in 10 mg?L^(-1) quinaldine.During the 24 h anesthesia period,the quinaldine level in the muscle and liver of grouper was measured for every 2 h by GC-MS,an attemp to study the residual rule of quinalidine in pearl gentian grouper tissues.Similarly during the 120-hour reviving,the elimination rule of quinalidine in pearl gentian grouper was studied by regularly measuring the content of quinalidine in its muscle and liver.【Result and Conclusion】The residual quinalidine in pearl gentian grouper liver and muscle was quite high,among which the maximum residual quinaldine in the liver Cmax was 81.54μg?g^(-1),and that in the muscle Cmax was 31.95μg?g^(-1).The residues and elimination of quinalidine in pearl gentian grouper conformed to the first-level elimination two-compartment model.After being revived and eliminated for 120 h,the residual quinaldine in the liver was 2.54μg?g^(-1),that of the muscle was 1.36μg?g^(-1).The elimination rates CL of quinaldine in muscle and liver were 0.004 and 0.010 g?h^(-1)?g^(-1) respectively.The elimination half-life of that in compartment(t1/2β)of muscle was 66.75 h,and the t1/2βof liver was 37.57 h.Compare with eugenol and MS-222,the elimination rate was slow and the elimination half-life was long.The resulted indicate that the elimination effect was not ideal.
