中文摘要:本试验通过二因子二次回归正交旋转组合设计,以代谢能和粗蛋白作为2个试验因子,旨在研究22-42日龄肉仔鸡代谢能和粗蛋白水平的最佳组合效应。试验选取健康、体质量接近的22日龄科宝肉鸡480只,随机分为12个组,每组4个重复,每个重复10只鸡,公母各半,其中1-8组为试验组,9-12组为中心组(即零水平组),试验期为21d。分别以代谢能和粗蛋白水平为自变量,以生产性能各项指标作为因变量拟合回归方程。结果表明,饲粮代谢能和粗蛋白水平可显著改善22-42日龄肉仔鸡的平均日增重、料重比(P〈0.05)。从非线性回归分析及响应面图显示,当粗蛋白水平在20.00%左右时,代谢能水平10.80-12.80 MJ/kg之间时,平均日增重处于较高水平,但当代谢能水平在14.21-14.80MJ/kg之间时,平均日增重有下降趋势;当代谢能和粗蛋白水平为12.70MJ/kg,19.78%时,可达到最大平均日采食量;当代谢能和粗蛋白水平为12.65 MJ/kg,20.16%时,料重比最小为1.95。综上所述,当22-42日龄科宝肉鸡饲粮代谢能和粗蛋白水平分别为12.65-12.96 MJ/kg和19.78%-20.25%时,可以获得较好的生产性能,饲粮养分表观代谢率及肠道消化酶活性均较高,饲料转化率也较高。

外文摘要:In order to study the best combination effects of energy and crude protein in 22-42 dayold broilers,two factors quadratic regression orthogonal rotation combination design was used.A total of 480one-day-old Cobb broilers were randomly divided into 12 groups with(4replicates of replicate had 10 each,male and female in half.Groups 1-8were experiment groups,and groups 9-12 were center groups(zero level).The experiment lasted for 21 d.The results showed that increasing level of energy and crude protein could improve average daily gain(ADG),feed/gain(F/G)of Cobb broilers aged 22 to 42days(P〈0.05).The nonlinear regression analysis and response graphs showed that ADG was in a higher level when the crude protein level was as 20%and energy level was between 10.80 and 12.80MJ/kg,but the ADG was decreased with the increased energy level from 14.21 MJ/kg to 14.80 MJ/kg;the ADFI was biggest when the energy and crude protein level were 12.70MJ/kg and 19.78%respectively,and the lowest F/G was 1.95 when the energy and crude protein level were 12.65MJ/kg and 20.16%respectively.Overall,when dietary energy and crude protein levels were 12.65-12.96 MJ/kg and 19.78%-20.25% of Cobb broilers aged22 to 42days,the broiler performance was the best and nutrient apparent metabolic rate,intestinal digestive enzymes and Feed conversion rate were all higher.
