中文摘要：习近平总书记在学校思想政治理论课教师座谈会上对思政课教师提出了六方面的素质要求,即政治要强、情怀要深、思维要新、视野要广、自律要严、人格要正。“六要”素质要求是一个不可分割的统一体,具有金字塔状的层级逻辑关系。居于金字塔顶端的是政治要强,强调政治素质,起统率作用;居于金字塔中间层级的是思维要新和视野要广,强调知识能力素质,起关键作用;居于金字塔底端的是情怀要深、自律要严、人格要正,强调思想道德素质,起基础作用。

外文摘要：General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward six quality requirements for ideological and political teachers at the forum for ideological and political theory teachers in schools,namely,stronger politics,deep feelings,new thinking,wide vision,strict self-discipline and positive personality.The“Six Essentials”quality requirement is an indivisible unity with pyramid-shaped hierarchical logical relationship.The top of the pyramid is a strong political force that emphasizes political quality and plays a leading role.The middle level of the pyramid is the need for new thinking and broad vision,emphasizing knowledge,ability and quality and playing a key role.The bottom of the pyramid is deep feelings,strict self-discipline,positive personality,and emphasis on ideological and moral quality,which plays a fundamental role.
