中文摘要:为了解决动力电池组能量不均衡的问题,本文设计了锂离子电池主动均衡控制系统。系统由主控芯片TMS320F28335、检测电路、DC/DC电路、均衡电路、驱动电路等组成。系统利用无迹卡尔曼滤波算法实时估算锂离子电池组的荷电状态,设计基于电池特性的储能电感式均衡电路,以模糊-PI控制算法调制PWM信号以实现电池组能量的主动均衡。搭建均衡控制系统的硬件实验平台,实验结果达到了预期目标。
外文摘要:A new lithium-ion battery active equalization control system is designed to solve the energy imbalance problem of power battery pack.The system contained the main control chip TMS320F28335,the detection circuit,the DC/DC circuit,the equalization circuit,and the drive circuit.Unscented Kalman filter algorithm is used to estimate the charge state of lithium-ion battery pack in real time.The energy storage inductance equalization circuit is designed based on battery characteristics.The PWM signal is modulated by fuzzy-PI control algorithm to realize the active balancing of battery pack energy.The hardware experiments manifested the new lithium battery active equalization control system exhibited excellent property.
