中文摘要：随着中央提出“海洋强国”战略,新世纪海洋类高校的海洋文学的研究与教学工作被提上日程.加强海洋类高校的海洋文学教研工作,需强调顶层设计:调整现有的海洋文学研究格局;挖掘和重评被遮蔽的海洋文学史料;以研究院所为平台,培养专业性的研究队伍;正确处理研究成果的发表与转化之间的辩证关系.从教研目标而言,应帮助学生确立正确的海洋观念;就教研措施而言,可通过加快教材建设,优化教学体系以培育未来海洋文学创作人才.通过教学与研究的融合思考,试图为海洋文学研究的发展探索新路.

外文摘要：With the strategy of“marine power”put forward by the central government,the research and teaching of marine literature in ocean colleges and universities in the new century has been put on the agenda.In order to strengthen the research and teaching of marine literature in colleges and universities,we should further emphasize the top-level design:adjusting the existing research pattern of marine literature;excavating and reevaluating the historical materials of hidden marine literature;cultivating professional research teams on the platform of research institutes;correctly handling the dialectical relationship between the publication and transformation of research results.In terms of teaching and researching objectives,students should be helped to establish a correct concept of ocean;in terms of teaching and research measures,talents for future marine literature creation can be cultivated by accelerating the construction of teaching materials and optimizing the teaching system.Through the integration of teaching and researching,this paper attempts to explore a new way for the development of marine literature.
