中文摘要:基于2013-2017年中国A股主板上市公司数据,采用Heckman模型控制了样本选择偏误后,本文结合市场化程度对高管团队特征与企业社会责任履行之间的关系进行实证检验。研究发现,高管团队女性比例、平均年龄、平均学历、团队规模均与企业社会责任履行显著正相关,在高管平均任职时间超过行业中位数的上市公司中,高管任职时间与企业社会责任履行正相关;企业所在地区的市场化程度越高,高管团队特征对企业社会责任履行的正向影响越弱。鉴于此,为促进企业更好地履行社会责任,企业应注意优化高管团队结构,并保持团队成员的稳定性;政府应建立健全企业社会责任相关法律法规,培育消费者的社会责任意识,创造良好的履责环境。

外文摘要:Based on the data of China's A-share main board listed companies from 2013 to 2017,Heckman model is used in the paper to control the sample selection bias,and then combined with the degree of marketization,the relationship between the characteristics of senior management team and the performance of corporate social responsibility is tested empirically.The results show that the proportion of women in TMT,average age,average education background,and team size are all positively related to CSR.In the listed companies where the average tenure of TMT exceeds the industry median,the time of senior management is positively related to CSR performance.Further study indicates that the effect of TMT characteristics on the CSR performance has been reduced with the level of marketization.In view of this,in order to promote enterprises to better fulfill their social responsibility,enterprises should pay attention to optimizing the structure of TMT and maintain the stability of team members;the government should improve and establish relevant laws and regulations on corporate social responsibility,cultivate consumers'social responsibility awareness,and create a good environment for the CSR performance.
