中文摘要:对军曹鱼幼鱼体内脂肪酶的分布、活力及pH、水温、盐度等环境因子对军曹鱼幼鱼不同消化器官脂肪酶活力的影响进行了研究.结果表明:幽门盲囊和肝脂肪酶活力分别在pH6.2和6.0下最高;胃和肠在pH4.0和7.0下也保持相当的脂肪酶活力.各器官在适宜的pH范围内其单位脂肪酶活力从高到低依次为:幽门盲囊(60U)〉肝脏(23.3U)〉肠(22.7U)〉胃(11.3U).研究表明饲育水温对脂肪酶有显著的影响(P〈0.05),整体上不同消化器官脂肪酶都有随水温升高而升高的趋势.但20℃下幽门盲囊和肝脏存在最大酶活力.盐度对不同器官脂肪酶影响显著(P〈0.05),在较低的盐度下(15~25)脂肪酶活力均处于较活跃状态.幽门盲囊、肠、肝脏脂肪酶活力在盐度20,胃在盐度15条件下出现最大值.
外文摘要:The distribution and activities of lipase in Rachycentron Canadum were investigated. And the influence of the lipase induced by different environmental factors was also analyzed. The research suggested that the optimal pH of lipase in pyloric caeca, liver, stomach and gut was 6.2, 6.0, 4. 0 and 7.0. The max activities of lipase which distributed in pyloric caeca, liver, stomach and gut was 60U, 23.3 U, 22. 7 U, 11.3 U respectively. The lipase activities of Rachycentron Canadum were influenced significantly by water temperature (P 〈 0.05 ). Lipase activity in each digestive organ increased gradually with water temperature. But the temperature that the max lipase activities appeared in pyloric caeca and liver was 20℃. Salinity ( P 〈 0.05 ) also effected greatly the lipase activities of Rachycentron Canadum The lipase activities in each digestive organ were quite active in lower salinity such as 15 - 25. The maximal activities of lipase in pyloric caeca, liver and gut all appeared in 20 salinity while stomach in 15 salinity.
