中文摘要:为了研究日粮中添加谷氨酰胺(Gln)对肉仔鸡生产性能及免疫机能的影响,本试验选取270只1日龄AA肉仔鸡随机分成3组,分别在日粮中添加0、0.2%、0.4%Gln,测定各组生长及屠宰性能、免疫器官指数、新城疫HI抗体滴度和外周血T淋巴细胞百分率。结果表明:日粮添加0.2%、0.4%Gln对肉仔鸡生长、屠宰性能有较好的促进作用,并能加快胸腺和脾脏发育,延缓法氏囊退化;添加Gln可提高新城疫HI滴度,其中以14、28日龄时0.2%的添加剂量提高最为显著(P<0.05);Gln可促进肉仔鸡外周血T淋巴细胞的分裂增殖,其中以42日龄时0.2%的添加剂量提高最为显著(P<0.05)。由此可知,日粮中添加0.2%、0.4%Gln能够提高肉仔鸡生产性能、增强免疫功能,其中0.2%的添加量较好。

外文摘要:This experiment was conducted to research effects of glutamine on growth and slaughter performance and immune function of broilers. Two hundred and seventy 1-day-old Arbor Acres broilers were randomly divided into three groups with three replicates each and 30 broilers in each replicate. The trial diets were respectively supplemented with 0,0.2% and 0.4% glutamine to the basal diet. The growth and slaughter performance, immune organ index, HI titre of Newcastle disease and the percentage of peripheral T-lymphocytes were determined. The results showed that adding 0.2% and 0.4% glutamine to basal diets in broilers better enhanced the growth and slaughter performance of broilers, and had positive effects on thymus and spleen growth and delaying the bursa of Fabricius degradation. And Gin could increase HI titer of Newcastle disease, which was increased most significantly in 0.2% group on day 14 and day 28 (P〈0.05) ; Gin could promote division growth of T-lymphocytes in peripheral blood which was increased most significalntly in 0.2% group on day 42 (P〈0.05). In summery,it could be seen that adding 0.2% and 0.4% glutamine to the basal diet had good effects on improving growth and slaughter performance and enhancing immune function;and 0.2 % group was the best in the three group.
