中文摘要：石化产业是关系国计民生的重要产业,临港为石化产业的发展提供显著优势。为推动湛江临港石化产业高质量集聚发展,基于相关研究,结合湛江市石化产业发展情况,从区位条件、规模经济、招商引资和政策支撑等方面分析了湛江临港石化产业集聚发展的机理。结果证明,湛江具备石化产业临港集聚发展的优势,进而提出贯彻循环发展理念、坚持重大项目引领、重视园区规划建设、加强先进科技支撑和善于抓住政策机遇等政策建议。

外文摘要：Petrochemical industry is an important industry related to the national economy and the people s livelihood,and port is a unique condition for the development of petrochemical industry.In order to promote the high-quality agglomeration development of Zhanjiang port-based petrochemical industry,based on relevant research and combined with the development of Zhanjiang petrochemical industry,this paper analyzes the mechanism of Zhanjiang port-based petrochemical industry agglomeration development from the aspects of location conditions,economies of scale,investment attraction and policy support.The results show that Zhanjiang has the advantages of port agglomeration development of petrochemical industry,and puts forward policy suggestions,such as implementing the concept of circular development,adhering to the guidance of major projects,paying attention to the planning and construction of the park,strengthening the support of advanced science and technology and being good at seizing policy opportunities.
