中文摘要：以海洋生态安全内涵为核心,以“DPSR+AHP”组合模型为基础,选择对应评价指标,通过建立可追溯的比较规则得到指标权重,并建立相应的数据处理规则以保障数据的横向、纵向包容性,构建海洋生态安全指数模型。论文以广东沿海经济带海洋生态安全为测评对象,计算广东沿海经济带2006—2016年海洋生态安全指数。针对指数模型的构建以及广东沿海经济带海洋生态安全指数的走势,发现指数波动能够解释生态文明建设变化,指数可以成为衡量我国经济高质量发展水平的一个新型指标。

外文摘要：Taking the connotation of marine ecological security as the core,based on the combination model of“DPSR+AHP”,the corresponding evaluation indexes are selected,and the weight of the indexes is obtained by establishing traceable comparison rules,the corresponding data processing rules are established to ensure the horizontal and vertical inclusion of the data,and the marine ecological security index model is constructed.The marine ecological security index of Guangdong Coastal Economic Zone from 2006 to 2016 was calculated.In view of the construction of the index model and the trend of the marine ecological security index in the coastal economic belt of Guangdong,it is found that the fluctuation of the index can explain the changes in the construction of ecological civilization,index can be a new index to measure the high-quality development level of China’s economy.
