中文摘要：南海渔业的可持续发展不仅是南海渔业面临的现实选择,更是我国国家战略发展的需要,对捍卫国家主权和保护国家核心利益有着十分重要而深远的意义。采用SWOT分析法,从优势、劣势、机遇和挑战4个方面对南海渔业资源可持续发展的现状进行了全面分析,并在综合、比较、分析的基础上,提出南海渔业资源可持续发展对策。

外文摘要：Realizing the sustainable development of the South China Sea fishery resources is not only the realistic choice of the South China Sea fishing industry, but also the needs of our national strategy, which has profound influence and significance. The article systematically analyzes the development strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the sustainable development of the South China Sea fishery resources by using SWOT theory, and puts forward some specific countermeasures.
