中文摘要：随着社会的发展,企业对管理人才的需求与高校对人才的培养模式产生了冲突,高校必须强化实践教学环节,充分利用各种手段培养学生独立自主的、创新性的分析和解决问题的能力。在沙盘模拟教学中营造挫折环境,可以很好的培养学生毕业后团队合作、坦然面对失败的能力,以及面对困难时的创新性的分析、解决问题的能力。

外文摘要：As the society develops,there＇s a conflict between the demand of enterprises for administrators and the training patterns of universities,which means universities should reinforce practical teaching and cultivate students＇ ability of independence、creative analyses and solving problems by full use of all links.Moreover,creating setback environment in board simulation can effectively help students gain the ability of team working,confronting failure calmly after graduation and taking advantage of the knowledge they＇ve learned to analyze and handle problems innovatively while facing difficulties.
