中文摘要:本试验旨在探讨红树内生菌对肉鸡生产性能、营养物质表观代谢率及血清生化指标的影响。选取1日龄黄羽肉鸡240只,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复15只鸡(公鸡10只,母鸡5只)。试鸡分别饲喂4种饲粮,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂在基础饲粮中分别添加0.05%、0.15%和0.45%红树内生菌的试验饲粮,试验期为21 d。结果显示,添加0.45%红树内生菌可显著提高黄羽肉鸡平均日增重和饲料转化率(P<0.05),显著提高饲粮粗蛋白质、粗脂肪的表观代谢率(P<0.05),但对血清葡萄糖、白蛋白、球蛋白、总蛋白和甘油三酯的含量均没有显著影响(P>0.05);0.05%和0.15%添加量对上述指标均没有显著影响(P>0.05)。由此可知,饲粮中添加0.45%红树内生菌可显著提高黄羽肉鸡平均日增重和饲料转化率,对血清生化指标没有显著影响。
外文摘要:This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of endophytic bacterium from mangrove(CⅢ-1 strain) on performance,nutrient apparent metabolic rates and serum biochemical indices in yellow-feathered broilers.A total of 240 one-day-old yellow-feathered broilers were randomly assigned to 4 treatments with 4 replicates per treatment and 15 chicks per replicate(10,♀5).Broilers in control group were fed a basal diet,and those in the other groups were fed the basal diets with 0.05%,0.15% and 0.45% CⅢ-1 strain,respectively.The experiment lasted for 21 days.The results showed as follows: the supplementation of 0.45% CⅢ-1 strain significantly increased average daily gain(ADG),feed conversion ratio(FCR),and the apparent metabolic rates of crude protein and crude fat(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences in glucose,albumin,globulin,total protein and triglyceride in serum of yellow-feathered broilers(P>0.05).The supplementation of 0.05% and 0.15% CⅢ-1 strain did not significantly influence all of the above indices(P>0.05).The results indicate that the supplementation of 0.45% CⅢ-1 strain can increase ADG and FCR,and has no significant effect on serum biochemical indices of yellow-feather broilers.
