中文摘要:农业新质生产力是建设农业强国的强大动力,也是实现乡村振兴战略的支撑。在新时代背景下,我国农业面临转型升级的历史性任务,这需要深入挖掘农业新质生产力的潜力,推动农业现代化进程。基于马克思主义生产力理论界定农业新质生产力的内涵,采用熵值法对2012—2022年我国农业新质生产力水平进行测度。研究发现,我国农业新质生产力水平总体呈上升态势,但地区发展不平衡,东部地区普遍高于中部地区和西部地区。进一步利用核密度估计法和Dagum基尼系数对区域差异及其动态演进过程进行分析,结果表明东部地区农业新质生产力水平普遍较高,而西部地区相对较低,这反映出中国农业发展在区域间存在不平衡性。基于此,提出制定差异化的区域发展战略、推动区域协调发展和全面强化农业科技创新发展等建议,旨在促进农业新质生产力水平的提升,为实现农业高质量发展提供有力支撑。
外文摘要:New agricultural productivity force is a powerful driving force for building an agricultural powerhouse and a strategic support for achieving rural revitalization.In the context of the new era,China’s agriculture is facing the historic task of transformation and upgrading,which requires in-depth exploration of the potential of new agricultural quality productivity force to promote the process of agricultural modernization.The connotation of new agricultural quality productivity force was defined based on Marxist productivity theory,and the measurement and analysis were carried on the level of new agricultural quality productivity force in China from 2012 to 2022 using the entropy value method.It is found that the level of new agricultural quality productivity force in China is generally on an upward trend,but the development is unbalanced between regions,with the eastern region generally higher than the central and western regions.Further analysis was made on the regional differences and dynamic evolution using kernel density estimation and Dagum’s Gini coefficient.The level of new agricultural quality productivity force is generally high in the eastern region,while it is relatively low in the western region,reflecting the imbalance of China’s agricultural development among regions.The recommendations were made for strengthening regional cooperation,incentives for government and financial institutions,and the application of digital technology to promote the balanced development of new quality productivity force in agriculture.
