中文摘要:海洋意识教育对海洋强国建设具有重要推动作用,但目前国民海洋意识现状仍旧不能与中国蓬勃发展的海洋实践相匹配,亟须健全与完善全教育阶段的海洋意识教育体系。基于此,文章在把握国内外海洋意识教育研究进展的基础上,对湛江市高校和中小学校开展调研,分析地方高校与中小学校海洋意识教育协同发展的必要性,在共生理论框架下探求地方高校与中小学校海洋意识教育协同发展的实现路径。研究发现,共生理论下海洋意识教育协同发展具有促进资源共享、弥补双方不足、注重持续发展、双方协同互补的优势。因此,要实现地方高校与中小学校海洋意识教育在共生单元、共生模式、共生环境三大层面上协同发展应做到搭建协同参与渠道,发挥共生单元合力;创新海洋意识教育形式,构建协同一体化共生模式;树立海洋意识教育协同发展观,优化共生环境。
外文摘要:Marine awareness education plays an important role in promoting the construction of a marine power,but the current status of national marine awareness still cannot match the booming marine practice in China,so it is urgent to improve and perfect the marine awareness education system in the whole education stage.Based on this,on the basis of grasping the research progress of marine awareness education at home and abroad, this paper conducts a survey on universitiesand primary and secondary schools in Zhanjiang City, analyzes the necessity of the collaborativedevelopment of marine awareness education between local universities and primary andsecondary schools, and explores the realization path of the collaborative development of marineawareness education between local universities and primary and secondary schools under theframework of symbiosis theory. It is found that the collaborative development of marineawareness education under the symbiotic theory has the advantages of promoting resource sharing, making up for the shortcomings of both sides, paying attention to sustainable development,and coordinating and complementing each other. Therefore, in order to realize the cooperative developmentof marine awareness education between local colleges and primary and secondaryschools in the three levels of symbiotic unit, symbiotic mode and symbiotic environment, weshould build cooperative participation channels and exert the joint force of symbiotic unit. To innovatethe form of marine awareness education and build a model of collaborative integration;Establisha collaborative development concept of marine awareness education and optimize the symbioticenvironment.
