中文摘要:制备无乳链球菌(Streptococcus agalactiae)临床分离株ZJ02的灭活疫苗,采用注射和浸泡2种方法,研究疫苗对吉富罗非鱼(Oreochromisniloticus)的免疫保护效果和血清抗体效价。注射组以4个不同浓度的白油佐剂灭活疫苗免疫罗非鱼,浸泡组以相同免疫剂量的灭活疫苗分别与消旋山莨菪碱、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和氯化钠3种佐剂免疫罗非鱼。结果显示,无乳链球菌疫苗对罗非鱼具有较强的免疫原性,与对照组相比,免疫组血清中的抗体效价水平均显著性提高(P〈0.05),注射组和浸泡组的抗体效价最高分别达到1:256和1:128;注射组中不同剂量的疫苗免疫组免疫保护率较高,高浓度组可达到95%,浸泡组中使用3种佐剂的免疫组免疫保护率分别为59%、64%、55%。表明无乳链球菌灭活疫苗对罗非鱼具有很好的免疫保护性,免疫剂量在5×10^8~4×10^8cfu/mL之间对注射免疫效果有显著性影响,消旋山莨菪碱、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和氯化钠对浸泡免疫效果具有不同的免疫保护率。

外文摘要:A vaccine was prepared with formalin-inactivated strain Z J02 selected from clinical isolates of Streptococcus agalactiae to study immune protective effect and antibody titer. Tilapia (GIFT Oreochromis niloticus) was vaccinated by injection and bath immersion administration, and tilapia was immunized by four different concentrations of white oil aduvent inactivated vaccine in the injected group. The vaccine was used with three different adjuvents of Raceanisodamine, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and Sodium chloride in immersion group. The tilapia immunized with vaccine showed stronger immunogenicity. Antibody titer in the serum were significantly improved compared with the controled group. The antibody of the injected group and immersion group can reach 1:256 and 1:128. Different concentrations of vaccine in injection group received a higher protective rate, high concentration of vaccine can reach 96%.Vaccine with three adjuvants received 59%, 64%, 55% in the immersion group.Thus, our data suggest that the tilapia received a good immune protection by S. agalactiae vaccine. The immunization dose in 5×10^8 cfu/mL to 4× 10^9 cfu/mL had significantly influence on immune efficacy of injection group. The relative rate of protection was improved by the increasing immunization dose. The vaccine received a higher antibody titer and a better immune protective effect by aduvant. Raceanisodamine, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and Sodium chloride had different immune protective rate on immune efficacy of bath group. Tilapia was produced strong immunity by using S. agalactiae vaccine, and the vaccine is effective in protecting tilapia against bacterial diseease cause by S. agalactiae. However, the preparation and application of S. agalactiae vaccine will become an important guarantee on the sustained and healthy development oftilapia aquaculture.
