外文摘要:In this study, a new method is proposed to incorporate VC (Vanadium Carbide) particles into CoCrFeNiTi high-entropy alloy (HEA) coatings to improve their corrosion resistance. VC improves the corrosion resistance of CoCrFeNiTi HEA coatings in three main ways. First, the VC can achieve phase control and change the anode and cathode of the corroded microcell in the coating, thus significantly reducing the rate of electronic loss of the coating. Secondly, VC promotes the in-situ generation of TiC in the CoCrFeNiTi coating. The TiC reacts with H2O during corrosion to form Ti2O3, accelerating the formation of the passivation film and enhancing the coating's corrosion resistance. Third, the presence of V5+ reduces the number of oxygen vacancies and the lattice distortion caused by ion substitution, thus enhancing the stability of the passivated film.
