中文摘要：广东城镇化过程中出现了户籍人口城镇化率低、区域间城镇化水平悬殊、城乡间公共服务水平差距显著、"四化"发展不协调等问题。广东传统城镇化过程中存在诸如城镇化粗放扩张、产业结构雷同、区域协调机制不完善、重城轻乡等弊端。借鉴国内外城市和产业发展的经验,广东新型城镇化应完善城乡发展规划,加大制度创新力度,构建城乡、区域间统筹发展体制机制,建立和完善"四化"同步发展体制机制。

外文摘要：Currently,Guangdong traditional urbanization has produced a series of problems,such as low household registration population urbanization rate,the imbalance of regional urbanization development,the significant gap between urban and rural public service levels,the inharmonious development between the 'four modernizations'and so on. This paper adopted an analytical method of the combination between quantitative and qualitative,from the system level analyzed some problems of Guangdong traditional urbanization,and based on the experience of the urban and industrial development at home and abroad,then from the system level provided development path and feasible suggestions to promote the development of the New-Typed urbanization in Guangdong.
