中文摘要：实践创新联盟(PIL)代表实践性学习(Practice)、创新教育(Innovation)和产学融合(Linkage)。该文以机制专业本科人才培养为研究背景,以广东海洋大学机械工程学院、中国热带农业科学院南亚热带作物研究所实际案例为基础,探讨PIL体系在学生实践性学习、创新教育、产学融合中的应用机理。研究结果表明,学生在PIL体系中通过参与实际项目和企业实践,能够将理论知识与实际操作相结合,学生在企业中参与科研项目、创新竞赛和跨学科合作等活动,能够接触到前沿的科研课题,加强团队合作,增强就业竞争力,同时可以帮助企业发现和培养未来的创新人才,形成了互惠共赢的良性循环。同时,该文针对PIL体系发展过程中存在的问题,指出未来应该进一步加强校企合作的深度和广度、完善项目驱动的教学模式、提升教师的指导能力等,以期为其他高校和研究机构提供参考和借鉴,推动教育改革和人才培养模式的创新发展。

外文摘要：Practice Innovation League(PIL)represents the key elements of Practical Learning(Practice),Innovation Education(Innovation)and Industry-Academia Integration(Linkage),this paper takes the undergraduate talent cultivation of mechanism majors as the research background,and based on the actual cases of the School of Mechanical Engineering of Guangdong Ocean University and the Institute of Tropical Crops Research in South Asia of the Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences(CAATS),we discuss The application mechanism of PIL system in students’practical learning,innovation education,and industry-academia integration.The research results show that students can combine theoretical knowledge with practical operation by participating in actual projects and enterprise practice in PIL system,and students can get in touch with cutting-edge scientific research topics,strengthen teamwork,and enhance the competitiveness of employment by participating in scientific research projects,innovation competitions,and interdisciplinary cooperation in enterprises.At the same time,it can help enterprises discover and cultivate future innovative talents,forming a virtuous circle of mutual benefit and win-win situation.In addition,in view of the problems during the development of the system,it is pointed out that the depth and breadth of university-enterprise cooperation should be further strengthened,the project-driven teaching mode should be perfected,and the instructing ability of teachers should be improved,etc.,with a view to providing references and lessons for other universities and research institutes,and to promote the educational reform and the innovative development of the talent cultivation mode.
