中文摘要：培养德法兼修的研究生人才,既需要专业课程的知识传授和能力培养,也需要思政课程和课程思政协同育人。以刑法学教学为例,做好研究生课程思政的教学设计具有重要意义,应从研究生课程思政的教学目标、教学内容、教学方法和教学评估等方面进行教学设计。实践表明,这样的教学设计可以满足培养德法兼修研究生人才的需要。

外文摘要：Cultivating postgraduate talents with both political integrity and legal knowledge requires not only knowledge transfer and ability training of professional courses,but also the collaborative education of ideological and political courses and ideological and political education in specialized courses.Taking Criminal Law teaching as an example,it is of great significance to do a good job in the teaching design of ideological and political education for postgraduate students.Teaching design should be carried out from the aspects of teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching methods and teaching evaluation of postgraduate courses.Practice has shown that such a teaching design can meet the needs of cultivating postgraduate talents with both political integrity and legal knowledge.
