中文摘要：动物出生后,胰腺导管组织仍然存在干细胞,称为成体胰腺导管干细胞。综述了成体胰腺导管干细胞的分离培养、生长特性、表面标志及体外定向诱导分化形成胰岛的研究进展。成体胰腺导管干细胞的研究对于阐释胰岛再生的机制及诱导胰岛移植治疗糖尿病具有重要意义。

外文摘要：After birth, there are stem cells in pancreatic ductal tissues. These stem cells ate called adult pancreatic ductal stern cells. The research of the adult pancreatic duct stem cell Ls important to reveal the mechanism of regeneration in adult pancreatic stem cell. The isolation, purification and culture in vitro, morphologic characteristics, surface marker and committed differentiation of the adult pancreatic duct stem cell were reviewed. The study of the adult pancreatic duct stem cell lay the foundation for the treatment of animal and human diabetes mellitus.
