中文摘要:[目的]鉴定棉花品种的抗棉叶蝉性,筛选抗棉叶蝉品种。[方法]调查各品种植株上棉叶蝉数,研究了1个野生木棉,1个海岛棉与16个陆地棉品种对棉叶蝉的抗性。[结果]18个品种对棉叶蝉抗虫性由强到弱为:多年生硇洲岛野生木棉>一年生硇洲岛野生木棉>鲁棉研21>鲁棉研28>鲁棉研16>鲁棉研22>抗虫棉9949>新丰抗12>双抗保铃棉>鲁棉研18=抗虫棉95-1>枣阳99-9>豫棉8号>豫棉112>中30-13系>鲁棉研17>石家庄G004>石家庄428>长绒棉203;硇洲岛野生木棉对棉叶蝉的抗虫性评级为抗,石家庄428、长绒棉203对棉叶蝉的抗虫性评级为感,其余品种对棉叶蝉的抗虫性评级为中抗。棉叶蝉为聚集分布,对气候变化敏感,下雨对棉叶蝉不利,高温和天晴有利于棉叶蝉繁殖。[结论]棉花品种间对棉叶蝉的抗性差异极显著,可以从现有品种中筛选抗棉叶蝉品种。

外文摘要:[ Objective ] The aim was to identify the cotton cuhivars resistance to Empoasca biguttula and select anti Empoasca biguttula varieties. [ Method ] The resistance to Empoasca biguttula of 1 wild kapok, 1 island cotton and 16 varieties of upland cotton were studied in Zhanjiang in natural conditions by investigating the number of Empoasca biguttula on the plant. [Result] The results showed that the resistance of 18 varieties was as follows: Naozhoudao wild kapok 〉 Lumianyan21 〉 Lumianyatt28 〉 Lumianyanl6 〉 Lumianyan22 〉 Kangchongmian9949 〉 Xingfengkangl 2 〉 Shuangkangbaolingmain 〉 Lumianyanl 8 = Kangchongmian95-1 〉 zaoyang99-9 〉 yumian8 〉 yumianl 12 〉 zhong30-13xi 〉 Lumianyanl7 〉 ShijiazhuangG004 〉 Shijiazhuang428 〉 Changrongmian203 ; Naozhoudao wild kapok was ranked as resistance, Shijiazhuang428 , Changrongmian203 was ranked as susceptible, and the others were middle-resistance. Empoasca biguttula was aggregated distribution and sensitive to climate. The rain was disadvantage to it, high temperature and sunny day was conducive to their breeding. [ Coclusion ] There were very significant difference of resistance to Empoasca biguttula between cotton cuhivars and anti Empoasca biguttula varieties could be obtained from the existing lines.
