中文摘要：通过对乌龟骨髓、脾脏、肝脏等组织涂片的观察研究 ,发现骨髓是乌龟红细胞主要的造血器官 ;红血细胞的发育过程大致经过三个阶段 ,即原始阶段、幼稚阶段、成熟阶段。着重描述了各阶段红血细胞的形态特征 。

外文摘要：In this paper, the development of the red blood cell in Chinemys reevesii was studied through the observation on the stained smears of the bone marrow, the spleen and liver etc. The result shows that the bone marrow and spleen are the principal organs producing red blood cell in Chinemys reevesii, and revealed three stages of red blood cell development: the primitive stage, the immature stage and the mature stage. Morphological characteristics of the red blood cells at different stages were described. A preliminary discussion was made on the nomenclature and developmental patterns of red blood cells in the Chinemys reevesii.
