中文摘要：共享经济既能像传统消费模式一样满足人们的物质需求,又能解决人们对于环境保护的焦虑,降低新产品的生产量和原材料消耗,改变人们的消费观念。网络平台公司是共享经济的核心,通过网络技术使闲置资源在供方与需方之间得到精准配置,实现"物尽其用"和"按需分配"的价值目标。通过消费的集体化机制和"去物质化"的消费观,共享经济能促进生态型经济的形成,进而可为国家的经济改革与战略目标的制定提供理论依据。资本的逐利性可能会异化共享经济理念,冲撞现行体制和秩序,因而理性看待共享经济所蕴藏的商机,探寻符合市场规律和现行制度的发展模式,是共享经济可持续发展的必由之路。

外文摘要：Sharing economy can be the same as traditional consumption patterns to satisfy people＇s materi- al needs, solve the anxiety of environmental protection for people, reduce the production of new products and raw material consumption, and change people＇s consumption concept. Network platform is the core of sharing economy, which enables idle resources between the supplier and the buyer to get accurate configuration, and realize the goal of ＂the best to use＂ and ＂the need to distribute＂ value. Through the consumption of collec- tivization mechanism and the ＂materialization＂ of consumption, sharing economy can promote the formation of ecological economy, providing a theoretical foundation for the country＇s economic reform and establishment of strategic objectives. Profit-driven capital could alienate the concept of sharing economy, and collide the existing system and order. Therefore, rationally viewing the business opportunity of sharing economy and ex- ploring the development mode in accordance with market rules and the present system are the necessary way for the sustainable development of sharing economy.
