中文摘要：分析北部湾城市群产业合作现状、根据新经济地理学的市场潜力模型计算北部湾城市群各城市的市场潜力值,根据市场潜力值可将北部湾城市群划分为三个合作层级:南宁、茂名、湛江、海口是核心层级,阳江、钦州、玉林、防城港和北海市是第二层级,剩余的其他城市是第三层级。在主导产业选择方面,第一层级的主导产业应以服务业和高新技术产业及重化工业为主;第二层级要重点打造海洋产业集群,积极发展先进制造业和滨海旅游业;第三层级应重点发挥生态保障和配套服务作用。对北部湾城市群产业合作模式而言,初期应坚持以"政府主导型"模式为主,中期应坚持"政府主导型"模式和"企业主导型"模式并重,长期应坚持以"企业主导型"模式为主、"政府主导型"模式和"行业协会主导型"模式为辅。

外文摘要：This paper analyzes the present situation of industrial cooperation in Beibu Gulf urban agglomeration,and then calculates the market potential value of each city by using 2017 data according to the market potential model of new economic geography,and finally obtains the following conclusion:according to the market potential,it can be divided into three levels of cooperation:Nanning,Maoming,Zhanjiang,Haikou are at the core level,Yangjiang,Qinzhou,Yulin,Fangchenggang and Beihai are at the second level;the remaining cities are at the third level;In the choice of leading industries,the leading industries at the first level should center on service industry,high-tech industry and heavy chemical industry;the second level should center on building marine industrial clusters and actively develop advanced manufacturing and coastal tourism,the third level should center on ecological protection and supporting service.The industrial cooperation mode should adhere to the"government-oriented"mode in the initial stage,the"government-oriented"mode and the"enterprise-oriented"mode in the middle stage,and the"enterprise-oriented"mode in the long run,supplemented by the"government-oriented"mode and the"industry association-oriented"mode.
