中文摘要：充足的案源是打开民行执行检察监督工作局面,切实践行民行执行检察监督制度,真正发挥民行执行检察监督作用的基础。对民行检察监督案件来源渠道的调研,显示存在着检察院主动发现的监督案件十分有限、大量的民行执行案件游离于民行执行检察监督之外、民行执行检察监督权启用的渠道单一等诸多不利于民行执行检察监督制度发挥实际功效的障碍。应充分发挥民行执行检察监督制度功效,以期服务于民行执行检察监督制度的理性建构及践行。

外文摘要：Adequate source of cases is the foundation for opening up a new prospect of procuratorial supervision of civiladministrative execution,efficiently exercising the supervision system,and achieving its purposes. Investigations findthat the number of cases found by the procurators' offices is limited;many are free from their supervision;the channelfor the actual use of the supervision power is too narrow. This paper gives some proposals for the rational construction andpractice of mechanisms so as to achieve a maximum effect of supervision system.
