中文摘要:以10份菠萝种质幼苗为试材,在低温胁迫下,测定了叶绿素含量、相对电导率、SOD活性、MDA、Pro、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖含量7个生理生化指标,应用主成分及聚类分析法对其耐寒性进行综合评价。结果表明:用于评价的指标之间存在相关性,3个主成分解释了原变量73.30%的变异信息。聚类分析将其分为三类,其中,耐寒类型种质2份,包括巴厘突变体、MD-2;中等耐寒类型种质5份,包括巴厘、无刺卡因、台农16号、台农17号、台农19号;不耐寒类型种质3份,包括珍珠、台农6号、台农13号。
外文摘要:Seven biochemical and physiological indice of ten pineapple germplasms,such as chlorophyll content,relative electrical conductivity,SOD activity,MDA,proline,soluble protein,soluble protein and soluble sugar contents,were determined under low temperature stress.The cold tolerance was comprehensively evaluated with analysis of principal component and clustering.The results showed that there were significant correlation between these characters,and the contribution of the four principal components added to 73.30%.The ten pineapple germplasms were thus divided into 3 groups by clustering analysis: the high cold tolerance group which included’Mutant of Comte de Paris’and’MD-2’,the middle cold tolerance group included’Comte de Paris’,’Smooth Cayenne’,’Tainong No.16’,’Tainong No.17’ and’Tainong No.19’,the worst cold tolerance group included’Pearl’,’Tainong No.6’,’Tainong No.13’.
