中文摘要：研究生学术不端行为,一直是学术界乃至全社会高度关注的问题。从现阶段研究生学术不端行为的表现入手,对研究生学术不端行为产生的原因进行剖析,在此基础上,从组织机构、教育体系、导师作用、监管机制、管理体制、学术氛围、知识产权等方面提出研究生学术培养及监管体系建设的建议。

外文摘要：Postgraduate students＇ academic misconduct has been an issue of great concern both in the academic circle and with the general public. Based on an analysis＇ of the causes of academic misconduct, suggestions are presented about student supervi sion and misconduct prevention in relation to organization, education system, teacher＇s role, supervision mechanism, manage ment system, academic atmosphere, intellectual property right, etc.
