中文摘要：为了高效统计某大学管理部门数据信息,实现统计数据分析精准化,文章设计并实现了一种海大政务云数据分析平台;该平台包括三个核心库:组织库、人物库、资料库,一个决策中心:领导决策中心,一个管理信息系统。测试结果表明:平台功能完善,运行稳定,符合设计需求。通过该平台可以快捷、直观地了解某大学管理部门数据,协助管理员做出科学决策,使用该平台有助于做好新形势下的统计工作,服务于新时代线上数据管理工作。

外文摘要：In order to make efficient statistics of the data information and realize the accuracy of statistical data analysis,this paper designs and implements the data analysis platform of a Haida governmental affairs cloud.The platform includes three core libraries and a decision center:Organization library,people library,database and a leadership decision center;and a management system.The test results show that,the platform possesses perfect function,stable operation and meets the design requirements.Through this platform,we can understand quickly and intuitively the data of a university management department,and assist the administrators to make scientific decisions.This platform is helpful to do a good job in the statistical work,which under the new situation and serve the online data management in the new era.
