中文摘要:水温(29±3)℃下,给体质量约0.5g的凡纳滨对虾投喂在基础饲料中分别添加0%、0.05%、0.10%、0.20%、0.30%、0.40%、1.00%的嗜酸乳杆菌的7种饲料8周。试验结果表明,嗜酸乳杆菌对凡纳滨对虾的存活率无显著影响(P>0.05),而添加嗜酸乳杆菌组的凡纳滨对虾体质量增加率均高于对照组,0.10%组的质量增加率显著高于对照组,饲料系数明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。0.05%、0.10%、0.20%、0.30%组凡纳滨对虾的血清超氧化物歧化酶活力高于对照组,0.10%组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。各试验组之间过氧化氢酶活力差异显著(P<0.05),当嗜酸乳杆菌添加量为0.20%时活力最高。除1.00%添加组外,其他组酚氧化酶活力均高于对照组,当添加量为0.05%时活力明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。攻毒试验结果表明,各处理96h对虾存活率无显著差异(P>0.05),但嗜酸乳杆菌添加组对虾存活率皆高于对照组,表明添加嗜酸乳杆菌在一定程度上可以提高凡纳滨对虾的抗病力。

外文摘要:Pacific white leg shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei with body weight of 0.5g were fed the experimental diets containing 0%,0.05%,0.10%,0.20%,0.30%,0.40%and 1.00% of bacteriumLactobacillus acidophilus at water of(29±3)℃for 8weeks.The results showed that survival rate was not significantly affected by the probiotics(P〉0.05).There were higher weight gain in the shrimp fed the diets containing L.acidophilus than that in the control group,significantly higher in the 0.10%group than that in the control group(P〈0.05),with significantly lower food conversion ratio than that in the control group(P〈0.05).The shrimp fed the diets containing 0.05%,0.10%,0.20%,and 0.30% of the probiotics had higher activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)than that in the control group,especially significantly higher in the0.10% group than that in the control group(P〈0.05).The catalase(CAT)activity was found to be significantly different among all groups(P〈0.05),the maximal value in 0.20% group.Except for 1% group,the activity of phenoloxidase(PO)was higher in the other groups than that in the control group,significantly higher in 0.05% group than that in the control group(P〈0.05).No differences in survival rate were observed in the shrimp injected with Vibrio harveyi in 96 h,even though higher in the shrimp fed the diets containing L.acidophilus than that in the control group,indicating that dietry L.acidophilus could increase the disease resistance in Pacific white leg shrimp.
