中文摘要：高校文库是收录高校本校文献的专藏库,主要通过学校相关部门、师生员工个人的捐赠或呈缴及校友赠送的方式获得。这种非资金购买的方式造成了作为文献收集者的图书馆不能处于主导地位,相关文献难于收全,严重制约了文库的建设与发展。基于此,高校文库必须与学校的各相关部门和相关人员建立有针对性的合作关系,从而促进文库的可持续发展。

外文摘要：University repository is a special repository which collects the literature of universities. Normally, the literature is obtained from legal deposit or donation by university departments, staffs, students and alumni primarily. However, the acquisition means without paying makes libraries which are the collector for literature deviate from the dominant position and collect related literatures incompletely, affecting the construction and development of university repositories. For this, university repositories should build cooperative relationship with related departments and designated personnel, in order to achieve the sustainable development of university repositories.
