中文摘要:运用熵权-TOPSIS法对广西2006~2016年海洋资源环境承载力进行评价,结果表明:广西海洋资源环境承载力波动上升,但总体水平不高。其中海洋经济发展水平和海洋资源承载力上升,而海洋环境承载力呈下降趋势。进一步障碍度分析表明,居民家庭恩格尔系数、工业固体废物产生量、工业废水排放量、能源消费弹性指数、电力消费弹性指数是制约海洋资源环境承载力提升的主要障碍因素,并以此为基础,提出对策。

外文摘要:This paper applies the entropy-weight TOPSIS method to the evaluation of the environmental carrying capacity of marine resources in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region from 2006 to 2016.The results show that the environmental carrying capacity of Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region marine resources rises in fluctuations but in a low level.The development level of marine economy and the carrying capacity of marine resources are rising,while the carrying capacity of marine environment is declining.In further analysis with the obstacle model,it shows that there are five main factors restricting the development level of the environmental carrying capacity of marine resources in Guangxi.They can be engel coefficient of residents,the production of industrial solid waste,the discharge amount of industrial wastewater and the elasticity coefficients of energy consumption and electricity consumption.This paper puts forward solutions according to the analytical results.
