中文摘要：利用最新的统计数据,从生产与贸易特征两个视角对全球对虾产业发展现状进行了分析。结果表明,全球对虾产地主要集中于亚洲和美洲,且进一步向中国、泰国、印度尼西亚、印度和越南集中;对虾生产主要包括捕捞和养殖两种方式,而对虾养殖产量于2007年超过对虾捕捞产量,成为目前全球最主要的对虾生产方式;全球对虾贸易总体呈增长态势,且主要由发展中国家流向发达国家;进口市场以美国、日本和欧盟为主;出口市场集中于南亚、美洲、欧盟部分国家;目前全球对虾出口贸易竞争激烈,中国在国际对虾贸易竞争中并不占优势。本文分析了中国对虾产品出口竞争优势的制约因素,并给出了对策建议。

外文摘要：This paper analyzed the major characteristics of world shrimp production and trade characteristics using the latest statistical data.The results showed that global shrimp production mainly concentrated in Asia and the Americas and especially concentrated in China,Thailand,Indonesia,India and Vietnam.Shrimp products mainly came from aquaculture and fishing,and shrimp culture became the world's most important shrimp production mode since 2007.The world shrimp trade volume has presented a steady growth trend.A typical feature for the shrimp trade was shifting form developed countries to developing countries.Shrimp import markets mainly in the American,Japan,European Union countries while export markets concentrated in South Asia,America,several European Union countries.Concentration degree of export markets is now in a gradually increasing process.The world shrimp export trade was so competitive at present and China did not havethe ascendant position in international trade in shrimp.At last,the paper analyzed restricting factors of shrimp exports,and some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward.
