外文摘要：The Scheme of Chinese Phonetic Alphabet had gotten huge achievements since 50 years of its promulgation, and is recognized as the best alphabetic scheme. But it also has some problems, so it need be perfected from technical aspect. The paper has put forward perfect suggestions specifically and has discussed related theoretical problems.
