中文摘要：政治合法性即统治的正当性或正统性,是民众对政治统治的认可与服从。普京从2000年上台执政,历经两届总统和一届总理。2012年俄罗斯大选,普京高票当选,强势归来,成为新一届俄罗斯总统。"普京归来"的合法性源于普京超凡的个人魅力、在位期间的卓然政绩和竞争选举的民主途径。但"普京归来"也面临着合法性危机,解决不好,会使俄罗斯面临艰难处境。

外文摘要：Political legality,namely the validity,is people＇s approval and ratification to the political ruling.Putin,since 2000,has served as President for two terms and Prime Minister for one term.In 2012,he was elected as President again.The legality of ＂Putin＇s return＂ is due to his outstanding personal charm,achievement made in his former service,and the democratic way of election.However,his return also has to face challenge.If it is not dealt with properly Russia may have to face a very difficult situation.
