中文摘要：在国家进行社会主义新农村建设中,以理事会、协会等组织架构为载体的农民自组织,按照自愿的原则建立在乡规民约的基础上,开始活跃在新农村文化建设的舞台,处理涉及民间信仰、文化活动的集体事件,并对村民自治起到了维护与推动作用,引起了研究者的广泛关注。农民自组织加强了民间信仰对群体的教化作用,也增强了群体的自我约束和规范行为,有利于维持农村良好的社会经济秩序,为社会主义新农村文化建设提供了巨大的组织保障与智力支持。

外文摘要：When the state constructs the socialist new rural culture, the rural self-organization in the form of councils, associations, etc. become active on the stage of new rural cultural construction. They deal with folk beliefs and cultural activities, and promote the villagers' autonomy. This has attracted attention of many researchers. The peasants' self-organization strengthens the folk beliefs, the group self-discipline, and norms of behavior. It maintains good social and economic order, and provides organizational guarantee and intellectual support for the construction of new socialist rural culture.
