中文摘要：网络向人们传播各种各样信息的同时,网络英语也在潜移默化影响着人们日常英语的表达,且产生了大量英语词句在网络中流行,形成不同于传统英语模式的英语新词。尝试对网络英语新词的构成及语义特征加以总结归纳,论述了网络英语新词具有的简练明确、形象生动、创造性、隐喻化等特征,以使人们更好地了解和掌握网络英语新词,加强英语词汇的研究,促进网络语境下的语言交际和跨文化交际。

外文摘要：When network is transmitting all kinds of information to human beings nowadays,cyber English is affecting people’s expression of daily English.A large number of cyber neologisms and phrases,which are different from conventional English,are formed and become popular in the cyber world.The paper summarizes the features of word formation and distribution of cyber English and analyzes the semantic features of cyber English such as conciseness,vividness,creation,metaphorical use,etc.in order to enable people to better understand and master the new words,strengthen the study of English vocabulary and promote the network language communication and intercultural communication.
